Clinical Therapist
Sammi is a dedicated mental health therapist with a deep passion for supporting clients on their journey to well-being. With a focus on trauma-informed care, she employs evidence-based techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Attachment Theory. Sammi specializes in working with eating disorders, family challenges, and personality disorders. Additionally she works with clients who struggle with anxiety, depression, and not feeling like themselves.
Believing it is both an honor and a privilege to guide individuals through their mental health challenges, Sammi works with adolescents, adults, and families to foster resilience and healing. She is committed to creating a safe, open space where clients of all orientations, genders, and cultural backgrounds feel supported and valued. Clients often report feeling heard and comfortable in sessions with Sammi.
In Sammi’s spare time she enjoys playing with her pups, Berg and Nala, and camping and hiking outside with her husband.
