Kenzie Martin, MMFT

Clinical Therapist

Kenzie Martin is not just any therapist, she’s a cool therapist. She is trauma-informed and flexible with her techniques and theoretical approach. Her sessions are tailored to her clients’ needs. She uses theories such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Narrative therapy, Solution-focused therapy, Experiential therapies (processing through poetry, music, art, and storytelling), and Emotional Regulation techniques. She specializes in LGBTQIA demographics, couples therapy (monogamous or non), Adults with ADHD/Autism, and kink/sex therapy.

She knows that finding a therapist can be stressful, and prioritizes comfort and safety for her clients. She believes that being human is complex, on top of having to deal with the craziness that is surviving life. Her office is a space to learn, grow, debrief, analyze, and be seen and known.  She wants to be that place for you because everyone deserves support, even when they are not their best selves.
