Chelsea Nixon, LCSW
Therapist and Practice Manager
Chelsea Nixon helps people experience more authentic, life-giving connections in the relationships that matter most. She shows up as a real human in the room (so your snacks, mishaps, and colorful language are welcome), reflecting what you might not yet notice and helping you practice connection differently.
Her work is grounded in relational, experiential, and depth-oriented approaches, including IFS, EFT, Imago, Gestalt, and somatic techniques. She doesn’t just talk about change; she helps you feel it, whether that’s slowing down to notice your body, voicing something vulnerable, or experimenting with a new way of relating in real time. Chelsea guides individuals, couples, and relationship systems with curiosity, courage, and clarity, creating a space that is honest, maybe even a little funny, grounded, and earnest, where you can confront the patterns keeping you stuck and discover ways to connect more authentically.
When she’s not working with clients, Chelsea cares for the staff of BHC as the Practice Manager, spends time with her partners and little ones, and may or may not be belting a ballad at a local karaoke bar or trying to coax her friends into playing a board or card game.
