Into the Deep: An Intensive Couples Therapy Program


Your relationship deserves more than quick fixes or surface-level conversations. If you and your partner feel stuck—circling the same conflicts, feeling unseen, or struggling to rebuild trust—Into the Deep offers a powerful, guided journey to help you heal and reconnect.

Think of it as accomplishing months of therapy in just a few focused weeks. By compressing intensive work into a structured, immersive program, you and your partner can gain clarity, build skills, and practice new ways of connecting far faster than in traditional weekly sessions.

This isn’t just a series of sessions; it’s a carefully designed immersive experience. Over the course of a few weeks, we’ll slow down, go deeper, and create space for both of you to feel heard, understood, and safe enough to truly grow together.

Sessions are facilitated by Chelsea Nixon, LCSW and scheduled at your convenience, depending on therapist availability. Sessions may be held either in person at our Brentwood office or via telehealth from the comfort of your home. Please note that the 3-hour intensive session is only available in person at our Brentwood office.

Chelsea Nixon is a relational and experiential therapist who specializes in helping couples untangle painful dynamics, rebuild trust, and reconnect in meaningful ways. She approaches therapy with warmth, curiosity, and a willingness to be fully present, creating a space where clients feel deeply seen and safe enough to explore what’s beneath the surface.

Chelsea’s style is highly engaged and interactive. She reflects patterns couples may not yet see, offers compassionate challenges, and helps partners practice new ways of relating in real time. With advanced training in EFT, Imago, IFS, Gestalt, and somatic therapy, she brings a depth-oriented lens to her work, helping couples not only understand their struggles but also feel and embody lasting change.

Passionate about creating transformative experiences, Chelsea designed Into the Deep to compress months of therapy into just a few focused weeks. Her goal is to help couples move beyond surface-level solutions, strengthen emotional safety, and rediscover the closeness they long for.
