4.) Learn and practice communicating needs clearly and respectfully in order to feel loved, seen, and supported in all relationships, instead of feeling rejected, hurt, and isolated from others.
Who It’s For
Highly sensitive adults who are ready to build a life worth living by moving from chaos and stress to emotional peace and connectedness.
Groups are for adults 18+ years old.
Ages: 18+ years old
When: Mondays from 6:00pm – 7:30pm
Cost: $60/week (a portion may be reimbursable by insurance)
