1.) Develop a healthy relationship with emotions, giving space and tools to respond effectively instead of react explosively.

2.) Learn and practice actual strategies to deal with challenges, and take self-harm and other destructive behaviors off the table.

3.) Build a plan for self-care to cope effectively when problems arise, instead of feeling like there is constantly a crisis.

4.) Learn and practice communicating needs clearly and respectfully in order to feel loved, seen, and supported in all relationships, instead of feeling rejected, hurt, and isolated from others.

Who It’s For

Highly sensitive adults who are ready to build a life worth living by moving from chaos and stress to emotional peace and connectedness.

Groups are for adults 18+ years old.
